How to Get CBD Oil Legally

Step 2: Apply for a Compassionate Special Permit (CSP)

If the doctor believes CBD treatment may help, they must submit an application for a Compassionate Special Permit (CSP) to the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The CSP allows patients to access medicines that are not yet widely available in the country.

Step 3: FDA Review Process

The FDA carefully reviews the application to ensure the request meets strict medical criteria. The permit is typically granted only for patients with debilitating or terminal illnesses where other treatments have proven ineffective.
